What's the project, and who's your congregation? We have to know what our teams do, who they are, what they love, what they hate, what they're good at, what are the people on your team called toward? This shapes your mission! 

A successful project is built upon the calling and vocation of each member of your team -- bringing the church's mission and your teams vocations into alignment serves the needs of the congregation. Thriving is serving one another within individual and collective vocational calling! We're sustainably fulfilled when our teams are living into their callings and meeting the needs of the congregation.
