What we accomplished:
After undergoing our comprehensive Assessment Journey, an Executive transitioned from uncertainty to empowerment. Initially feeling unsure about how to support their employees effectively, they gained clarity through Leadership Center’s aggregate reports and data-driven insights. Leveraging our customized assessment results, the executive implemented targeted leadership development initiatives, fostering growth among staff and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Leadership Center’s Assessment Journey not only highlighted areas of strength and areas for improvement but also empowered each participant to map out a strategic path for personal and organizational development.
Why it matters:Â
- A recent 2023 Gallup study found that 55% of current managers are actively looking for new employment, up from 44% in 2019. The same study found only 22% of managers feel their employer cares about their overall wellbeing, down from 47% in 2022. (Gallup, 2023)
- Pinching pennies on leadership development in the workforce often backfires. Low wages often lead to higher turnover, lost sales, low productivity, weak attendance, low levels of innovation, poor execution, mistakes, and frustration among customers and managers. (Zeynep Ton, Deloitte)

Methods
What we accomplished:
In the spirit of team, a group of twenty-five leaders gathered for a Leadership Center's strategic planning workshop. Through hands-on, immersive sessions, they dove into a comprehensive framework and gained practical tools to navigate challenges with confidence and foresight. Fueled the Leadership Center's Planning With EASE curriculum, they departed inspired and ready to infuse their teams with positive change. The workshop not only sharpened their skills but also sparked collaboration among participants, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose. Armed with newfound insights and a renewed commitment to their teams, these leaders returned to their communities as catalysts for strategic growth and development.
Why it matters:Â
- Employees who strongly agree that their employer cares about their overall wellbeing, compared with those who don’t, are 3x more likely to be engaged at work, 5x more likely to strongly agree that they trust the leadership of their organization, and 69% less likely to actively search for a new job. (Gallup, 2023)Â
- Teams built with an inclusive culture are, 6x more likely to be innovative and agile, 8x more likely to achieve better business outcomes, and 2x more likely to exceed financial targets. (Deloitte, 2018)
- Those who find meaning in their work and feel they can raise new ideas or objections with their coworkers are more likely to feel they are in better health across all four dimensions. (Live Your Purpose Course!) (Source is McKinsey)Â
What we accomplished:
Facing the challenge of separating from a larger institution, a local organization reached out to Leadership Center for support. Group coaching sessions focused on strategic alignment helped team members come together, aligning their goals and fostering a shared vision. Personalized executive coaching provided individualized support, giving leaders the confidence and clarity to navigate uncertainties. As a result, the organization emerged as an independent entity with unified leadership, a plan for streamlining operations, and a renewed sense of purpose. This transformation not only solidified their independence but also set them up for sustainable growth and success in their changing landscape.
Why it matters:Â
- With less than four in 10 employees believing that their team members clearly understand their roles and responsibilities at work, the data show that organizations need to emphasize clarity, communication and alignment for employees in all types of roles. (Gallup 137, 2021)
- Change fatigue is rotting the workplace. According to a recent Gartner survey, 74% of employees were willing to support organizational change in 2016; today, only 38% say the same. Now, more than ever, it is important to implement strong change management practices to minimize the change fatigue employees experience. (Gartner, 2022)
